Just like the original just pull, push, & press ... AND WE HAVE COOOOL AGAIN.
1 of 1 found this helpful Great replacement, just like the original. You can install it in minutes!!! All you need is some fingernails or small flat blade screwdriver and some patience. Gently get flat objects behind two opposite edges of the old switch and gently work the switch out and toward you. Next examine to make sure that both switches are the same. Now in reverse order, gently push replacement switch into place the base of the outlet. NOTE DO NOT FORCE IT IN! If only partially seated stop turn start car and press switch in to operation. After a few minutes of operation try to gently push around outer edges again and it should slide the rest of the way into the base of the outlet. This is what I had to due.
