Better than the original but way too expensive for what it is.
Better than the original that came on the chainsaw. This new design allows for just the primer bulb to be replaced when it falls apart of old age, which was the fault of the original on my chainsaw.

Good Product Except For One Issue
Have only used it once and it appears to do the job. Be aware that the supplied 14 mm Hex bit supplied with the block heater kit may not fit the block plug of your Subaru. My 2017 OutBack Premier H4 had a 17 mm block plug from the factory and the supplied hex bit was useless, and you don't find this out until you remove the exhaust system to reveal the block plug.
17 mm Hex Bits are not a common bit size and I spent 2 hours of driving around trying to buy one without success, before I was able to borrow one from a heavy diesel mechanic.
Other than that, good product, everything is included with good instructions, except as noted above.
