Functional but questionable quality
Arrived quickly with fully intact carton. Noted that the carton is marked from CHINA ,which I didn't see in the product description.
Installed easily, but instructions lacked torque values for fasteners, and two of the bolts had bad threads that required replacements purchased at hardware store for $5.
There was some minor scuffing down to bare steel on the tubes requiring a touch up with Rustoleum - another $5.00 at hardware store. Unsure what the finish really is.
Product is OK - one gets what they pay for - it fuctions as desired - but if I were doing it again I might look for better quality even if it cost more.
