The seller had his listing as “3 ultra card lot, VMax, GX, etc.” then pictured approximately two dozen cards in the photos. I purchased the lot late in the evening, and messaged him the following morning with a concern that I would only be receiving three of cards and not the pictured cards (of which I assumed three were ultra rare.) he proceeded to charge me shipping and a processing fee before refunding me, and has continuously told me to “take it up with PayPal” when asked for a full refund.
