The shipping was $15, but having shipped books myself, I know that this is high. I shipped a set of six hardcover books (The Works of John Newton) for under $14.62 from Michigan to Texas. They weighed fifteen pounds. These two books were about one third of the weight at most. Based on my experience, shipping costs should have been about $7 to $8.

Just an Aerobics Program - that provides a good workout
Although this program provides a good workout. It does not provide a better workout than any $10 DVD based workout video out there. It does not have any interactivity like the Wii fitness program.
