Flimsy compared to a real one.

The one I received was made of in-hardened sheet metal. When mounted on the sight ramp it stood crooked. It was easily bent to straighten it, but it is a flimsy copy. An original Marlin sight hood is made of spring steel. I have two old originals that are made much better.
