I grew up in North Florida where I spent a lot of time camping out and enjoying the wildlife. I have always liked collecting older unusual Items. I moved to Middle Georgia at 20 and started a career in the power Industry that lasted 30 plus years. I have worked at nearly every power plant in the state. I moved to the coast to be near family and get back to the activities I enjoyed so much as a kid. Camping out, Hunting shark Teeth and Photographing nature.

High Quality bang for the buck
I have had many audio systems through the years and always considered myself some what of an audiophile. I grew up in a time where audio engineering was at its peak in my opinion ( late 60's early 70's). I remember going into high end audio shops as a kid around the University of Florida in Gainesville and just being awed. They had everything from dipole Magneplanar's pumping out Pink Floyd to massive tube amps with their rich power. My systems over the years have had a wide range of speakers, Sansui, Yamaha, Pioneer, CV, Boston Acoustics etc. I bought what I could afford, I always knew of the quality of the Klipsch speakers they were just out of reach for me. Well the time came a couple years ago and I bought my Klipsch surround speaker system powered with an Onkyo WRAT amp. These R 26-F's have not disappointed. Clean crisp high's with their linear horn tweeter and enough bass on their own that the sub woofer is set at a minimum. Capable of Bi amplification they are the best sounding speakers I have owned reproducing a wide range of sounds in music including sounds I had not heard before in familiar songs. Power input can be low with strong sound an indication of high quality. Reminiscent of my days in the high end shops I could not be more pleased in Klipsch quality of reproduction. Overall this has been the best bang for the buck in Audio I ever made :) Happy listening !
