Poor quality and missing some pieces

Missing pieces, and one piece not staying in place keeps causing fuse to blow. The repair shop tried to fix it but he says it just not worth it. He has ordered a replacement and advised I should return this part. He charged me extra because he sent so much time trying to get it to work. Now I have to pay for a new part because I furnished the part and more labor to replace it. I’m not happy. Waiting on the new part so I get this part back to return it.
