Totally dissapoited

Scap motherboard. I returned it and received one with worst problems. It is visible that they fire up the GPU with a hair blower but that have been prove that is a temporary fix, that it is rare to last. And they said that before they ship their boards, they are tested all. Ha, ha, that is false. Why what I received didn't work direct from the package? It is a lot of work installing and uninstall the parts just for send this piece of junk. Why they wanted back if is irreparable damage. I have dozens of them.
