Versatile and good little appliance.

Compact and not overly heavy, though has quality "heft". Easy to clean. Look forward to cooking more on it. Have butternut squash cubes and mushrooms waiting in my fridge right now for a cooking spree tonight. I found that best to have a cooking vent of some kind or cooking smells will permeate the rooms until you have way to disperse the air with fans or natural breeze. Of course, great for small outdoor cooking on a big picnic table!
