  Poor packaging, and thus the watch was damage from shipment. I would suggest the seller separately bubble wrapped that fragile item in the future.

  I believe the watch was well packaged. I think 19 days to advise me of “ issue “ is far too long. The presentation box was not damaged. The watch was closed when sent so I fail to see how it could have been damaged, It was in presentation box, in original polystyrene box and then more. cardboard. Buyer never answered any of the points I raised. I may be wrong but I do question it being forwarded due to your eBay stating your location as Hong Kong.
