Panasonic PNLC1029 YA Silver Charging Cradle Dock + Power Supply PNLV226

Worked great

My charging cradle no longer worked, in a set of 4 phones. It was great to not have to purchase another phone set or another handset and cradele, especially since they were several years old and the newer models don't have jacks for headsets. It was so much easier to just change out the cradle.
