Schneider Electric 48V/3800 watt inverter
Schneider Electric 48v 3800 inverter has been solid as a rock. I use it whenever the sun shines enough to get at least 400 watts, which is almost every day. On very clear, sunny days, I have harvested up to 3600 watts. Routine use is a 12000BTU inverter air conditioner plus a 5000 BTU room air conditioner, lights, TV, and paddle fan plus 20" fan to distribute cool air to 4 large rooms. Solar panels must provide up to 2200 watts to do this. Surge loads hit 3600 watts on cloudy days as batteries recharge to compensate for sun loss! The Schneider takes it all in stride. On very hazy days, I forfeit the 12K BTU inverter air, but usually can still run the 5000 BTU Haier air. All lights are LED.

Salty dried tomatoes
Dried tomatoes are nearly black, not red and VERY salty. Not suitable for snacking at all. May be OK for cooking, but leave out the salt!
