If you're looking for a 4-tuner device with ATSC 3.0 capability, great deal!
Wouldn't know it was a refurb. Automatically discovered by Channels DVR software. Just add antenna. Does need hard wire connection to your network, no WiFi, as expected. As long as you're in an area where you can receive over the air TV signals, good to go. Does tune ATSC 3.0 channels as advertised.

Great replacement antenna for RVs

Perfect fit for Winnebago motorhome!
This is a PERFECT replacement for the stock fog lights in a 2002 Winnebago Journey motorhome. Fits the existing mounts exactly. Who knew Winnebago used Mustang fog lights? :-)
