I no longer wake up with neck and head aches

I bought for my wife who falls asleep in her wheelchair numerous times a day. When she does this her head fall between her knees risking a fall. I got her to try it and whenever she fell asleep with the pillow on properly, she would lean back instead of forward. However, I cannot get her to wear it. so.. I brought it home to try as I sometimes fall asleep when reading. I use this when tired and reading and no longer wake up with neck and head aches.
