Locked and locked-out M-Cards
6 of 7 found this helpful My service provider reported that the two cards I bought were locked by and to a particular TV service provider (Cox, Comcast, etc.) and could not be used on any other system, including my provider's. So, I trashed them. Complete waste of time and money.
