tight squeeze
This Opteron 4386 CPU which looks a lot like a mainboard would be hard pressed to fit in a C32 socket. I'll leave it at that and be nice.

Older can be Better.
If you need it to work with older software, this older nic is great. Plus, you get 4 ports for the price of 2. Just be sure as to which bracket size you need unless it includes both.
