Streets of . . Still packs an entertaining punch

50yrs old & still vibrant, okay it's set in the 70's but this was a decade of high quality cop shows and TSoSF is up there with the best. I remember it's original airing on tv and it was a pacy entertaiming show with appearences from some of Hollywoods greats. It always seemed to be the lesser cousin to other more popular cop shows like Hawaii Five-o but having rewatched TSoSF I still see a highly entertaining show with a good cast, a theme instantly recognised and good storylines, well worth watching.

Corny with some quality

A fantastically corny film by today's standards of special effects, I watched this originally over 50yrs ago and was very much into Ray Harryhausen special effects whose abilities are sadly missing from this film, actors in monster suits never work but nevertheless the sets are good and a sense of atmosphere is there, some low budget films can still be enjoyable to watch & The Land Unknown is one of them.

Beware spiders & crawlies!

I have purchased various spider glue traps over a period of time but these Pestshield traps are more sticky and rigid than others. I actually use these glue strips joined together and laid flat in door entrances, spiders like to roam at night and I catch more this way than forming a triangle trap. GOOD PRODUCT.
