some improvement

been using for about a week for sore knees and hands.there has been some improvement int he week that i have used it but not as much as i had hoped.will continue to use and hope for more improvement. also shared with some friends , 1 with arthritic hands and 1 with diabetic nerve pain,they say little or no improvement in their pain.
