Decent features but nowhere as many usable ones as advertised.
The unit was great for all of my needs except one until it failed to function exactly 10 days after the 1 year warranty expired (like it was programmed to do so). I get a blank white screen and their tech support is super slow to respond. I have never dropped it nor has it been kept in an extreme environment that would promote any electrical failures. They thought it was the micro SD card so I bought a handful of them, formatted/downloaded software the exact same way I did upon receiving the unit with zero issues and still have blank screen. They refuse to go past their SD card diagnosis, consider that maybe the screen is the issue or offer any repair options. Oddly they keep wanting to Team Viewer into my PC for some reason (I do not allow) to "see errors" but how are they going to see errors on a device that isn't connected to my laptop??? Sounds like an attempt to access personal information to me. I've been trying to resolve this with them for over a month now and am about to buy another one to prove my point out of principle since I can return it within 30 days.
