Upon receiving this ewer I noticed that the handle had been broken and professionally repaired. (Note that the break was easy to overlook due to the professional repair.) I contacted the Seller and they immediately refunded the entire order cost to me. They also told me to keep or dispose of the item as I saw fit. What a pleasure it was to deal with someone who took immediate corrective action. I would definitely recommend this Seller to anyone.
