Not ccompatibile with all Gigabyte motherboards.
1 of 2 found this helpful This is not a review of the seller. It is not necessarily a review of the chip either, but presently the chip is not compatible with all Gigabyte motherboards. Gigabyte acknowledges the problem and is engineering a Bios update. Until proven it works with your particular motherboard, probably best not buy this chip.

3 of 3 found this helpful Not a good product. The front panel LEDs are blindingly bright in a low light level room. The side frame sheet metal is too short to reach the back mounting screw holes available in most PC cabinets. A bit scary in use. If you push the wrong button so as to connect to the wrong drive, you can seriously damage your PC in a very unforgiving way. Fail safes or at least means to better label buttons would help so you don't get surprised by what you recall was behind each of six doors. Also seemed to not like working with SSds and I have no idea why.
