It is very easy to install
I received this Arcadia Universal Magnetic Car Mount Vent Clip Holder for my Samsung Galaxy S5 and I was totally impressed. I am always skeptical of magnetic holders but this one is very strong. I live on a gravel road and the magnet held my phone on and it didn't fall off or even slip at all. The magnetic vent clip comes with 2 sticky back magnets that you can either attach to your phone or the case; one is rectangle 1-1/2" x 2-1/2" and the other is a round one that is 1-1/2" in diameter. The vent clip has two different size slots for different size vents and the magnet on the clip rotates so you can have the phone vertical or horizontal. It is very easy to install; it just slides onto any vent in your vehicle.
I have had suction type mounts before that suction to the window and they never stay attached. Either the sun makes them fall off or the cold makes the suction release. This vent clip holder is the way to go.
I have a case on my phone that has a flap that covers the front and I don't always leave the case on so I didn't want to stick the magnet to my phone or case because I would like to be able to use it if I get a new phone. I took the cover off of my phone and placed both magnets (both, just so I know where they both are) inside the case and replaced the phone. It held my phone, like I said above, without falling or sliding off. I tried it again with just one magnet and it still held great.
I give this holder 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone.

Works just how I wanted.
I received this Trentius Ultra-thin Rugged Case for my Galaxy S5 a few days ago and I have to say that it is a great case. It has similar protection as the Otterbox but not as bulky. It consists of a 3 piece set; a front hard inner piece with a built in screen protector and a cutout for the home button, the soft main cover piece which snaps over the front piece, and a rigid plastic back plate that snaps on the back over the main cover. The back plate comes in 3 color choices; black, silver and gold. It seems to be well made, sturdy and rugged, although I have not purposely dropped my phone. It is kind of tricky to get apart. It is easiest if you start on the side and lift the soft cover up and out and then do the same on the top then slide your fingernails towards the corner and get that loose, then work your way around lifting the cover away from the top part. From there you can pull it off pretty easily. The buttons for the power on/off and the volume up/down are pretty sensitive so you don't have to press them hard at all. When you are adjusting the volume you have to press on the top most part of the up button and the bottom of the button for the volume down or else it seems like it tries to adjust them both at the same time. I think if the volume up and down button were not connected to each other but had a slit between them would helpful.
I like this case very much and give it 5 out of 5 stars. This Trentius case is definitely recommended.
