Unsatisfactory
The tube which of the new turbo head is bigger than the old one so consequently it would not fit . It is definitely the purple animal D20 but unfortunately is not compatible with the older model.I have removed the inside workings of the new Turbo head and fitted it into the old one and luckily it works. However it was a lot of money to pay for just the inside of head. I have been so pleased with my Dyson over the years and was so disappointed when I came to put the new head on. Surely you have had other people complain about this? Perhaps I could have some feedback from you.
