Eczema relief
I drink this daily in addition to applying the cream version to my ezcema. I am seeing major improvements. Im also on a vegetarian non dairy diet.

Small package but good quality
I used the powder mixed with the oil for my ezcema. It's helping the patches dry.
I drink it too as an internal remedy. Works great so far.
