  Received item regular USPS mail without a box or packing, Toner slit open and spill toner in box, but when we picked it up toner spill everywhere, but Seller took care of us fast, sent a return label and made every thing work out fine. All the new Konica Minolta come with packing tape on the toner slide and or we always added it when we sold Konica Minolta, We switch to Ricoh high volume supplies, and they come with the tape on the top. Five Star Across the board for this seller would buy again.
