I contacted them 3 times to ask where my item was, but they did not respond to any message. I had to buy a different item because of their lack of interest in giving a service. I am not the only one to complain about this. The description said they would send in one day. Ebay is also at fault here, their system should have been checking to make sure the item was sent.
