never used product. Return system needs to be refined
It was determined the product was not needed. Returning it was a problem srarting with the fact I have no printer so getting a return label was an issue. The post office charged me $17.00 to deliver because it was overweight. This should have been factored in with your return label. I know of no process I can recover this charge.
