    Item shipped did not match description. Did not operate on battery power and was a model that did not accept battery operation despite description in listing and reply in message sent to seller. Item arrived with broken printer door. Seller was prompt in responding and sent replacement printer but could not correct the battery issue so offered full refund. Sent unit back and seller promptly refunded. I would consider doing business with seller. He was prompt and responsive.

    I bought two brand new batteries for it and I will install them in the battery compartment you showed in the picture. They all accept batteries but we have a saying the customer is always right and we want to make everybody happy. Cheers.

    Once I received the O2 sensor, it was discovered that it did not work. The seller responded promptly to my messages and apologized that my item did not work. My purchase price along with shipping was refunded the same day I originally contacted them. Although I was disappointed the item did not work, I would say that this was a positive experience and would definitely purchase something from this seller again.
