They work very well and draw very little amperage. Woks well will the original dimmer switch.

Close but not the same as originals
These are close but not the same. Washer is bigger than original on my 1952 M38A1. Washer is also supposed to spin so when locking down battery box it will not wear the paint, these do not because the screws are threaded all the way.
