Works great but has burning smell

Dries my curly hair nicely, and in a short amount of time. I was impressed with the quickness. It is a bit whiny and loud when put on high, and does smell like it's burning when on high. If it didn't smell like it's burning, I would've given it more stars, because everything else is great. But that smell is concerning an makes me wonder how long this device is going to last.
