Used mine on a 100 inch 3.5 yr old 7 point, looks pretty good, skull is to big to look good on a younger deer, I have mine next to a European mounted 4.5 year old 8 point and his skull is smaller than the reproduction, this will work good for larger deer and also great for mule deer, looks pretty realistic, and can be easily painted or dipped if so desired
