Perfect MOLLE Accessory

I have the 5.11 ALS 84 backpack and this pouch attached perfectly on the side of the bag for my BP Cuff and my Stethoscope or will accommodate many other items should i have the need.

Fits perfectly anywhere on my pack!

I have the 5.11 ALS 84 backpack. i bought two of these and they attach perfectly on the shoulder straps of this pack. They also fit nicely anywhere else on the pack, but putting them on the straps make them easily accessible and they look "Badass!" The tourniquets fit perfectly snug with a good amount of attachment of the flap and med scissors also fit snug. I may purchase a couple more very soon.
