I asked about SMART data for some SATA drives but never got an answer on this, and wasn't able to communicate with the seller about what we would do if I bought them and there were SMART errors. Ultimately I decided to buy them anyway and try my luck on them, but the seller cancelled the order and refunded me without an explanation. It was a waste of time and not a great experience, though not quite bad enough for a negative review, just frustrating and poorly communicated.
