Red Book Guide's Guide
The Red Book Guide to Red Books is a great bit of history. With a general overview, and a year by year breakdown of the books themselves, it places many events in a historical perspective. Special sections also cover the Leather editions, as well as Error books, soft cover and spiral variants, and special imprints for clubs and meets.

100 Years of Great Sports Moments
With over 200 pages of text and black & white Photos, this book covers something for every sports fan. Entries are from 1899 thru 2000, a hundred years of information from the state of Missouri, and St. Louis in particular.
