Wiper pump was frozen and would not work.
Vacumn driven wiper motor:
When new, 80 years ago, it was probably fine but not now. New Old Stock wiper motor did not work out of the box. It had to be torn apart,mechanically and chemically unfrozen, old lubricants/varnish removed,re-cleaned and relubed and reassembled. Original gaskets had to be replaced. So cautionary tail-Ask if the NOS that has internal parts actually functions.

Fits, looks good but needs tweaking to work.
Looks good and fastens to choke cable wire (not a rod). If choke has a ball attachment that is ¼” in diameter you will need to use pliers to distort the clip to hold the ball in place. Hole in body is a little large for a quarter in ball and clip to hold the choke ball in place is definitely to large.

SEM is a great paint
Used lots of Rustoleum and still do but this SEM product is much better if your goal is to protect the metal before your project is professionally spray painted. The paint lays down smooth and binds to the metal. I was supposed how nice the finish was.
