Lifter problem

The kit i like but I have two lifters I had to remove because they leak down every time the bike is cold I put two of my old lifters back in my bike and it doesn't have the problem of a lifter nock when it is cold anymore. The two fueling lifters I removed from the rear they would nock till the bike had been running down the road for twenty minutes or so. I was wondering if they have a warrenty.
