Should have known better
Should have bought the 12 egg automatic. To much hassle turning eggs and then problems getting the thermostat to reset each time the machine is turned off as is directed to do upon opening. Also the water chamber is too easy to overflow into the electrical components.

Kenwood mixer grain mill
Good results. Why buy another motor. I'm happy to get the most out of my mixer. I found good recommendations for it on the internet indicating its long term benefits.
