The book teaches you how to look at life differently she not only change your life but to change the life around you by simply completing one task a day that's as easy as making your bed definitely a good read my son who is currently a new Navy SEAL when I told him I was reading the book he told me the entire story behind it and the graduation speech at UT and now I'm mailing the book to California for him and his wife you are both Navy to read
