Packaging is not protective
The element came in a bag with some bubble wrap around the prongs. I don't know if it was due to the packaging or product quality, but one of the prongs was bent. This should be boxed for protection. I installed it after a lot of work to get it to fit into the prongs, and it works like a champ, but this hour long project should not have taken more than 10 minutes.
