i have a couple of these. I keep 1 for cooking & grilling and another for general use around the house and workshop. Like all ThermoPro instruments, it is rugged, and its buttons are tactile and sure.

This is a mighty mouse
This is my second purchase of these mice. I replaced both of my Logitech units because these are lighter, move more freely, and seem to be more accurate. I've used my first one for over a year with consistently good results.

Why 15 Amp?
First of all - Anderson needs no further praise in support of it's quality, or utility - they are that good.
However, I see constant comments saying "Just get the 30 Amp version and use it for everything. I disagree. I have used, and continue to use, the 30 Amp version for my 100 watt rigs, but for my tin whistle QRP rigs, and their proportionally smaller power requirements, I think that the 15 Amp connectors provide a better connection.
When using the 30 amp connector with smaller gauge wire, the tendency is to fold over the wire end several times to fill the barrel in order to crimp or solder the joint. This is a compromised joint. A smaller barrel for smaller wire is a preferred connection which will provide a joint with less chance of wire breakage at the barrel connection.
If you are like a lot of QRP SOTA, or EMCOMM operators in remote, often extreme, locations, you want this extra insurance. Get a supply of each type you may need, and use the right kind where needed.
