The cardboard box they shipped in was a little flimsy for such heavy duty item, and it was badly mishandled by the shipping company, arriving torn in multiple places.   Item never received. Convinced they are pulling from random warehouses and not getting products and/or addresses correct. Ordered the last two of these items. One, which never made it to my doorstep, but appeared to be the correct package. The other was something completely different and again sent to the wrong address even when changing the ship to address to my work. Ensuring it would get to the correct address, but no. Please don’t buy from this seller. Thank god eBay backs buyers!
