DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER Seller provided a tracking number and then told us they had to cancel our order saying The API software that controls their listings had a glitch that listed the product at the wrong price. Unfortunately, this price is below and cost and we can not ship this order. They did those for the two items we ordered. Not sure what kind of scam is going on here but something is fishy with this seller. They they went to ebay and asked us to revise our honest review. STAY AWAY

This monitor seems to be Brand New! The absolute definition of “Open-Box”, as I was very hesitant to purchase, and the seller description is as advertised. Arrived in three days instead of seven days and I am very grateful. An excellent purchase that comes with 90 day warranty from the seller! I cross-referenced the seller info across multiple sites and they do offer similar items “used” with a reduced cost but this was definitely an “open box” item. Very satisfied with this new LG 38” GN950!
