  When my item arrived it had been damaged in shipment. I contacted the seller who requested I ship it back for a full refund of all costs. It was shipped, and the refund was issued immediately. The item was exactly as described, shipping was quick, and there was no question about the refund. Folks, this is a five star eBay vendor.
