Perfect fit and quiet but low air flow (not a fan problem)
Fans fit perfectly, good quality. Not as much air flow as prior fans but it seems to be difficult to match numbers up to get right air flow. Must have to look at current draw rating to order right one. Quietness seems related to air flow. We used these on DLINK and NETGEAR switches.

Bad design
2 of 2 found this helpful Unit looked good, solid plates but when we installed it we ran into issues.
1. Pins are too short by about an inch. When you back drag the buckets comes off the pins. Had to weld on ears to be able to bolt on.
2. The sliding pieces slide over the THREADED section of the bolts. After just a couple of uses the threads are trashed.
3. The handles are offset poorly and you get your hand crushed.
Unfortunately we welded the plates on before we determined the pins were too short. Will buy other brand next time.
