Time for spätzle

I’ve never used one of these before, but after my latest trip to Europe I decided that I wanted to make a couple dishes that required spätzle. This ricer was exactly what I needed. It is so easy to use I included my teenage kids in the cooking. It turned out great. The ricer is made of plastic, but appears strong enough to last.

No hose to tangle

I like not having a hose to drag around. Great for smaller projects like additions or repair. Having to rev up the motor for each precision shot is a bit tedious so I’ve just been using the multiple shot. The motor stays revved and you bump fire it. It’s a new toy and I’m sure I’ll get used to it and more proficient. I see myself using this and my traditional nail gun on the next project.
