Works with QBUS SCSI cards
Tested with CQD200, CQD420, and UC07 under VAX/VMS 5.4, 5.5-1 and 6.1 on KA630, KA650 and KA655 systems. Works flawlessly out of the box, with a SanDisk 16GB micro SD card, partitioned to 4 x 4GB drives.

Works well on Digital Prioris
Very good HDD replacement. Works flawlessly on Digital Prioris 6200 running MSDOS 6.22. Recognized by the BIOS and bootable.

KA630 - a Historic CPU
Developed by Digital Equipment Corporation in the early 80s and released in 1985, the heart of the KA630 is the first single chip 32-bit CPU with integrated virtual memory management.
Rock solid reliable, the M7606 is the MicroVAX II CPU, known as the KA630. It is elegant, beautiful and 100% bug-free. Sometimes it is a bit slow by today's standards, enough to make your eyes water. But nonetheless, it offers a unique computing experience. They certainly don't make them like that anymore. Oh yes, and it is 100% VAX-11/750 compatible as it supports the entire VAX instruction set.
