  My order came fast and in perfect condition. But, I was disappointed that this Kuromi plush looked different than the photo. She didn't have the bows or her skull symbol. I contacted the seller and explained the issue. The seller was understanding and apologetic. I asked for a refund. The seller agreed and gave me a shipping label to return the plush. I mailed it back. Once, the seller received it, they quickly refunded me my money. I am very satisfied with how my issue was resolved.

  The items aren’t located in America contrary to what the description says. They order the plush from Japan and you wait for it to ship to America and then ship to you. I waited for over 3 weeks for my items to arrive when if the items were in America they would have been here in a week. Feels a bit deceitful. I asked for clarification and they did not provide it to me. Beware you will not get your items in a timely manner.
