I have contacted the seller who's reply was aggressive which was unnecessary. I have requested a returns label but as yet not received it. The purse I requested on the order was a gold purse but a red purse arrived, which the seller states is my fault, which I will accept but the fault remains with the purse. I have requested a refund and a returns label on more than one occasion. I would not order from this seller again.
