  The product itself is fine, but the listing was misleading. There was no mention that it would ship from Canada, and the product image even featured an American flag, suggesting a U.S. seller. Since it shipped from Canada, delivery took over two weeks, and the item had a 'Made in Canada' sticker. While the product is as described, the lack of transparency about the seller's location and shipping origin makes me hesitant to purchase from them again.

  Thanks for your purchase and your honest feedback, we are proudly an American-Canadian company specialized in the automotive industry in the great state of Florida; however, our custom parts manufacturing takes place at our facility in Canada, shipped to our Niagara Falls warehouse and then handed out to USPS for final point delivery. During recent months, the CBP laws have become very strict and we have to make sure we remain compliant.

  Really appreciate your honest feedback! Yes the carrier has been an issue in recent months but we are doing our best to remain tariff-free and compliant with the new rules in place.

  All of our shipments are shipped on time every Monday and Friday; however due to constant changes of import rules by the current administration at the White House, CBP and USPS are both having a hard time processing imports. We understand your frustration and wished we had control over these circumstances but we do not. Your package may still be on its way.
